CHAPTER SIX
Sept 11, 2001
Yesterday, I received this photo from Keith Murphy. Our resources have confirmed its authenticity
and so we are now showing it to you. Below is Keith's letter. I'm still waiting for Larry Pratt
to produce a higher resolution scan of the figure in Chapter 5's photo. Its a vastly complex and sophisticated
process, so I can understand why it is taking this long. We're all busy with our jobs and lives,
and we do our best to present to you this website with it's constantly expanding content. It is
our goal to give you the best information possible with the clearest presentation and ease of use.
Later this week, I'll have more commentary, and update you on other significant events.
Be safe,
Bruce
Sept 10, 2001
Dear Bruce,
Here's that photo I was telling you about. I was amazed when I saw your other photo of that figure
leaping from the crown of the building. While I've been researching the Legends of the Roof Dancers
for years now, I never expected to see such clear evidence of these so called "myths". Of course,
since reading your Zone Continuum series, I realize the term myth no longer applies, instead replaced
now by fact, the fact of these photos, and the fact of our experiences.
Then, in my mail, I get this photo. No return address or letter of explanation. Someone wants us
to have it, so it must be important. Things seem to be snowballing lately, towards what I don't
know. I'll try and deduce what this picture is all about. Maybe your friend, Larry, can apply
a high rez scan of it to better analyze what these figures might be doing. The fact that they
are wearing what appears to be radiation suits doesn't make me feel very good, though if it does
relate to the Zone Continuum, maybe its protection for a type of radiation that doesn't affect normal
humans, whatever normal means.
Since my experience in New York City, as described in your Chapter 4, I packed up my bird, Mango, and
headed back to Georgia to prepare for the next semester of classes. Funny thing happened on the
way--my credit cards were cancelled. I'm still trying to figure out how that happened, there's no plausible
explanation. I barely had enough cash to pay for gas to get home.
Anyway, once I made it back, I received good news from the President of the University that I
got my grant on Rooftop Dancers renewed by the government. I was offered the full support and
resources of the school to aid me on this project, which I think has garnered a certain amount of
prestige and noteriety. So, it won't be long before I head back up to New York City to continue
investigating these bizarre rooftop phenomenon. I'm a bit overwhelmed with it all right now, so
I'll close this letter. Once I get myself clear, I'll give you more details about my data on
the "Dancers", and about these, and other photographs.
We're clearly on to something, and I hope we know what we're doing. I'm really nervous...I hope
that it is just anticipation and not precognition.
Best wishes,
Keith
P.S.
Since I have heard from some of your readers via e-mail, I will post my research as it progresses
and, as you suggested, keep an online journal...I ask that you link to it so that others
will know that what we have seen is real.website.
